Organizational Changes
New Hartford, NY ---June 22, 2007 —PAR Springer-Miller Systems,
Inc. (PSMS, a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation

management systems --- is pleased to announce several key management
changes.
Robert Selwah has joined PSMS as it’s new
Director of Development, reporting to Karen Stewart, Vice President
of Software Services. In this role, Selwah will work closely with
customers, Installation & Training, Sales, Marketing and Support
Services to drive the development of existing SMS|Host
and related products. Selwah has over 15 years of experience managing
information technology and software development for KPMG and ACNielsen
in Toronto, Ontario.

With Selwah leading development on existing PSMS products, Sophie
Grigg moves into the newly-created position of Vice President
of Advanced Technology. Grigg’s time will be dedicated to
the evaluation and adoption of all new technologies by PSMS. In
addition, she will oversee the design and development of all underlying
product infrastructure. Grigg has been with PAR Springer-Miller
for 6 years, her most recent role as Vice President of Research
& Development. In addition to managing all aspects of product
development for PSMS as the Vice President of R&D, Grigg has
also been instrumental in PAR Springer-Miller’s involvement
with the Hospitality Technology Next Generation organization (HTNG)
including the certification of both SMS|Host
and SpaSoft Spa Management Software as HTNG compliant applications.
