Spa Management Software Offers Yield Management Module

addition of a robust spa Yield Management module with the release
of SpaSoft® Version 3.0.5.

Yield Management Module contains the following new features:
- Business Analysis and Forecasting Reports – to determine
guest segmentation, lead times, peak times and future demand levels
- Pricing Strategy – assists in constructing a tiered pricing
structure for spa services
- Availability Strategy – the Yield Management control
panel can be used to define business rules for service availability
The new Business Analysis and Forecasting reports show the most
popular appointment start times and days as well as advance booking
patterns of guests and can then produce a demand forecast. Using
the information gathered from the analysis, the Yield Management
system can help a spa define a tiered pricing structure for spa
services and create business rules for resource availability. Price-sensitive
guests benefit from favorable rates during off-peak times and price-insensitive
guests gain greater service availability during high demand periods.
